Glass Tubular Level Vials

Glass tubular level vials offer high transparency, stable dimensions and smooth bubble movement. They are available in straight or arc-bent forms, with or without end tips.

Acrylic Cylindrical Level Vials

Acrylic cylindrical level vials are manufactured from transparent PMMA. They are lightweight, impact-resistant and economical, making them suitable for spirit levels, hand tools, appliances and high-volume OEM production.

The straight cylindrical exterior allows the vial to be easily embedded, bonded or press-fitted into a tool body or mounting base.

Curved Tubular Level Vials

Curved tubular level vials, also called arc-bent level vials, have a visibly curved or banana-shaped body. The bubble naturally moves toward the highest point of the curve, providing clear and responsive level indication.

They are commonly used in precision levels, surveying instruments, machine tools and equipment requiring a defined measuring direction.

Acrylic Block Level Vials

Acrylic block level vials have a rectangular or square-section body with an internal barrel-shaped chamber. Their flat exterior surfaces provide a stable mounting base and make alignment and assembly easier.

Block vials can be used for horizontal or vertical indication and are suitable for measuring tools, household products, picture-hanging tools and OEM equipment.

Keychain Block Level Vials

Keychain block level vials combine a compact acrylic rectangular vial with a key ring or hanging hole. They are lightweight, portable and suitable for quick level checks, tool accessories, promotional gifts and branded products.

Logo printing, customized body colors, liquid colors and individual packaging are available upon request. Keychain models are intended for convenient general checks rather than high-precision measurement.

Sizes

Standard and custom sizes are available for cylindrical tubular vials and rectangular block vials. Dimensions, sensitivity, bubble length, reference lines and liquid color can be customized.

Outside diameter: Ø4.5–16 mm

Overall length: 12–50 mm

Longer glass tubular vials up to approximately 100 mm are available upon request.

These dimensions apply mainly to straight acrylic and glass tubular vials. Arc-bent glass vials can be manufactured according to the required length, diameter, curvature and sensitivity.
