Product Description
Kunyo graphite gaskets are manufactured from flexible expanded graphite for sealing applications involving elevated temperatures, steam, oils, fuels and many industrial chemicals. The material is compressible and conforms closely to minor irregularities in the sealing surface, helping produce an effective seal under moderate clamping loads.
Compared with many compressed-fiber materials, flexible graphite has excellent thermal stability and low creep relaxation. It maintains sealing performance through repeated heating and cooling cycles and is therefore suitable for level gauges, boilers, valves, pumps, pipe flanges, heat exchangers and other industrial equipment.
Graphite Gauge Gaskets: Rectangular or obround gaskets designed for reflex and transparent level gauge glasses.
Graphite Ring Gaskets: Circular or annular gaskets for round sight glasses, oil-level indicators, fittings and flange connections.

Die-Formed Graphite Rings: Molded graphite sealing rings for valves, pumps and specialized equipment.
Reinforced Graphite Gaskets: Flexible graphite combined with smooth or tanged stainless-steel inserts for improved pressure resistance and handling strength.
Custom Graphite Gaskets: Manufactured according to drawings, samples or specified inside and outside dimensions.
