Circular Sight Glass
Product Description
Custom-shaped sight glass is designed for equipment where standard round or rectangular glass cannot provide the required fit. It can be manufactured according to customer drawings, CAD files, physical samples or detailed dimensions.
Available designs include oval, polygonal, curved and other irregular profiles, as well as glass with mounting holes, central openings, slots, notches, grooves, steps and special edge finishes. Material, thickness and processing method can be selected according to the operating temperature, pressure, thermal shock and chemical compatibility of the application.
We can provide borosilicate glass for general industrial and thermal applications, aluminosilicate glass for more demanding operating conditions, quartz glass for high-temperature or optical applications, and soda-lime glass for economical low-to-moderate-duty use.
Matching graphite, PTFE, rubber and other sealing gaskets can also be supplied to simplify installation and replacement. Custom glass processing according to drawings and samples is a common capability among specialist industrial glass fabricators.
