Product Description
The Acrylic Bolt-On Oil Level Indicator is a compact mechanical device designed for direct visual monitoring of oil inside tanks and equipment. Its transparent acrylic body forms a vertical viewing channel, allowing operators to check the oil level quickly without opening the tank or using electrical sensors.
The indicator is mounted vertically to the tank wall using upper and lower bolts. Oil enters the viewing channel through the lower connection and rises to the same level as the oil inside the tank. The upper connection balances the pressure, enabling the displayed level to follow changes inside the tank.
The clear PMMA body offers good transparency and resistance to mineral oil, grease, weak alkalis, and diluted inorganic acids. Compared with a glass tube assembly, its one-piece structure is compact, lightweight, and less susceptible to accidental breakage. A marked level line, scale, or MIN/MAX indication can be added for easier inspection.
