Level Vials
Product Description
Mounted Level Vials are complete leveling components consisting of a liquid-filled vial securely fitted into a mounting base, frame or housing. Unlike loose level vials that require a separate holder, these products can be installed directly onto tools, instruments, machines and equipment.
The range includes rectangular screw-on levels, circular bullseye levels with mounting flanges, metal-framed precision levels, self-adhesive levels and recessed mounting designs. Tubular models indicate level along one measuring direction, while circular bullseye models show tilt in every direction across the horizontal plane.
Pre-drilled holes, flat reference surfaces and optional adhesive backing simplify installation and help maintain a consistent vial position. Housings can be manufactured from lightweight engineering plastic or durable aluminum alloy according to the installation environment.
